My Favorite Tricks & Transitions is the spinning pole class where Gaby shares her go-to moves—think splits, twisted shapes, and tricks that challenge your shoulder and back flexibility. Expect some of her signature combos too! The focus in this class is teaching the technique to reach and maintain, enter and exit each pose.
