Acro elements

Saturday February 1

We’ll explore a range of acrobatic elements on the pole, including handstands, cartwheels and walk-overs. We’ll start with the basics and work our way up to more complex variations.

Intro to Power Spin

Saturday February 1

14:45 - 16:15

We will introduce the basic principles to understand the technique to create power spins from the ground on the static pole. It will be like going on a ride, but you get to create the ride yourself!

Flow & Glow

Sunday February 2

12:00 - 13:30

A class to explore fluid movement around the pole, focusing on transitions and harmonious connections. For this class, we will set aside complex tricksto enhance body awareness and discover the pleasure of flow.

Static Transitions

Sunday February 2

13:45 - 15:15

We’ll create combos using some of my favorite aerial transitions on the pole, seeking out interesting pathways to go from one move to another, exploring the creative potential of static pole.
